Nick Milo has spent the last 15 years harnessing the power of digital notes to achieve remarkable feats. He's used digital notes as a tool to calm his thoughts and gain a clearer understanding of the world around him.

Remember how they warned us that radio would rot our brains?

Then TV?

Then the internet?

We laughed.

But what if they were right?

Surely not us! Not someone who's reading this newsletter!

I mean that both facetiously and seriously. Someone who cares about learning and thinking is less susceptible, but the truth is, after too much information exposure, anyone can temporarily fry their brains—like how UV exposure leads to sunburn.

When that happens, I have found I lose my ability to effectively prioritize. Maybe you are similar. If so, you could do one of two things:

• Get up and move to anywhere different (always a good idea).

• Trade in the internet for your ideaverse.

Something magical happens when we move from the noise back to the signal.

From the raging storm to warmth of our digital home.

It works, but if you catch yourself scrolling today, will you try it?
